These terms apply to your use of mangrovewaterfiltration.com, operated by Mangrove Water Filtration of Tampa, a DBA of Scrub Perfect LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. Your installation is governed by the written agreement you sign before work begins; if anything conflicts, that agreement controls.
1. About us
The site is operated by Mangrove Water Filtration of Tampa, a DBA of Scrub Perfect LLC, serving Hillsborough and Pinellas counties and nearby communities.
2. Free water reports
Free water reports are based on publicly available utility data for your address. They are for general information and are not a laboratory test of your home's water. Water quality can vary from home to home. Reports do not cover private wells; well recommendations are based on a water test.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices are provided by phone or in writing after we review your home and water. A quote is not a binding contract until you accept it in writing. Quotes may change if conditions at the install differ from what was described, and we will tell you before any change.
4. Installation and payment
Installation details, scope and payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Payment is due after installation is complete unless that agreement says otherwise. You agree to provide safe access to the install location and to tell us about any known plumbing issues.
5. Warranties
Equipment and workmanship warranties are described in your written agreement and the manufacturer's warranty documents. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or changes to your water source.
6. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and certifications on this site are based on manufacturer and supplier information. Results vary with water conditions, usage and maintenance. Our systems are not intended to treat water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
7. Calls and text messages
By submitting a form with the consent box checked, you agree to receive calls and texts from Mangrove Water Filtration about your request, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
